Cancellation, No Show and Late Policy at bare bones.the space:

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We kindly ask that you provide at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your hair appointment or studio space booking.

Appointments canceled with less than a 24-hour notice will incur a charge of 45% of the appointment cost and studio rental.

In the event of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the service or studio booking fee will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of booking.

Late Policy Notice

Hair Appointments
We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we regret that we may not be able to perform your service due to time constraints. In this case, a late fee of $75 will be charged, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Studio Bookings

All studio bookings begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your booking time will still end as originally scheduled, and no additional time will be added.

If your use of the studio extends 15 minutes or more beyond your booked end time, an additional full hour will be charged at the current studio rate.
